Keystone Management's strategy is to invest in mid-tier and secondary markets in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic States. We generally target multifamily communities with 50 to 200 units; however, we would consider smaller properties if located near our current management locations.
- Garden Style, Townhouse, Mid Rise (preferably greater than 50 units)
- Single asset or group of assets
- All cash or existing assumable financing in place
Long Term Ownership:
As a family owned company, Keystone Management has a philosophy of long term ownership. Over the Company's 30 year history less than 1% of the properties have been sold. Instead of trying to sell at the height of the market and anticipate market timing, ownership steadily reinvests in its properties. By perpetually improving its communities Keystone Management is able to enhance its residents' experience as well as maintain extremely low vacancy.
